544. Wealth
The acquisition of wealth is simple but not always easy. If, however, you find that you do not have the time to make the odd €1,000.000 or so, then there is something wrong with your thinking. Plato says : "Every man should be wealthy, for that allows him the leisure to associate with the wise."

485. What it means to be Rich
To have the ability to live your life on your own terms, according to your potentials, NOT your limitations is what it is to be rich.

457. Controlled Focus
Focus is the master key to your success. Whatever you focus on is what you wind up getting. Focus on Poverty, you get Poverty, focus on Wealth, you get Wealth. Controlled focus is like a laser beam that cuts through the apparent obstacles. You need to practice this focusing consistently until it becomes the way in which your mind operates by default. Focussing like this is the concentration and directing of your power.
Here is a nice formula :
Focus X Consistency = Effective Power.

448. Poverty & Lies
Do not talk poverty. In truth you are wealthy and talking poverty when you are wealthy is a lie. Wherever there is a lie, there is evil. Evil always has to do with lies.

359. Differences between the Rich and the Poor
The Rich keep getting richer and the Poor poorer because the each keep on doing what they have always done. Take all the wealth in the world (which, incidentally, is concentrated in the hands of about 5% of the population) and re-distribute it so that everyone has an equal share and within a few short weeks, it would end up again in the same hands, for the same reason.
"Rich" and "Poor" are not genetic or mathematical conditions although they can be measured mathematically, rather, they are states of mind. One primary difference between the rich and the poor is that the poor say "I can't afford it." much more often than the rich do. (Instead they should be ASKING the question : "How can I come to afford it ?") The first sentence on your list of forbidden statements ought to be "I can't afford it". In planning your life and career, do not, like most people, plan to be poor or fail to plan at all. Plan, instead, to be wealthy. Plan your life so that you will retire young and rich. Always remember that retirement is not a function of your age but of your wealth.

235.Your Wealth Plans and the Plans of Others.
Do not foster the plans other people have for increasing their wealth, e.g. by buying their products unnecessarily. Instead focus on and carry out your own (secret) plans for the accumulation of wealth.

88. The Purpose of Your Financial Education - Your Financial I.Q.
Your financial education is a tool box that allows you to convert the maximum possible percentage of the money you earn by working at your profession into capital that will provide you with life-long wealth and security.
The purpose of educating yourself financially is to raise your Financial I.Q.
Financial I.Q. is not about how much money you make but about how much you keep and for how long and how hard it works for you.
You know that your Financial I.Q. is increasing when your money is buying you more freedom, happiness, health, fun and choices in life than before. The reason people say that money is power is that it gives you more choices.
Remember, the more you NEED money, the less power you have. You have power over money - never become a slave to it.
It is a grave mistake too, to ever think of yourself as poor. If you have no money, you are merely broke. Being broke is temporary, being poor is eternal. Remember this because it is a very important distinction.
Never say "I can't afford it." Rather, you should ask yourself "How can I afford it?" This has the effect of forcing your mind to focus on the solution, not the problem an to think for its self. The other way leads the mind to accept the statement and give up trying.

78. Envy Not the Wealth of Others
Do not look into the bank accounts of those others who are richer than you. Do not envy them their wealth. Rather, you should fill your own accounts from your investments and earnings. Keep your financial plan in front of you and keep to it.

3.There is no Wealth but Life Itself
All the wealth in the world is no good if you are ill or dead. You should have a disciplined approach to all your monetary affairs and always work to maximise your wealth. This MUST be combined with a healthy mind in a sound body. You should read a little philosophy or scripture every day to keep your mind clear and exercise every day to keep your body healthy. Walk, Swim and train in your Martial Arts. The Martial Arts will help you to protect your body from injury. Meditate, eat well, exercise properly and get proper sleep. These will keep you healthy throughout your life so that you can enjoy the wealth that you earn.
